Application deadline: Jun 7, 2026 Amazon is seeking an industry proven and detail oriented Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) to oversee Supplier Quality Program and support supplier sourcing and selection for our Amazon Logistics Automation program. Successful candidates are natural self-starters who have prior experience in the integrated automation project life cycle, Supplier Quality Management, Audit process, and Supplier Management. Our QAE must be agile with the ability to quickly adapt strategies, plans and solutions in response to dynamic business requirements. They also must be comfortable interfacing and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. Key job responsibilities • Lead the implementation of best practices quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to enable the improvement of operational performance. • Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues. • Carry out supplier validation qualification and audits in accordance with ISO 9001 standards • Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements. • Monitor Supplier quality analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues. Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans. Where appropriate work with the supplier directly, create corrective action plans to address process failures to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products from suppliers. • Develop, maintain, and improve supplier performance reporting systems. Monitor supplier performance metrics regularly: Scorecards/KPIs/SLAs.
