This team measures the spectrum of Search experiences on Amazon and helps root cause and deep dive escalations from customers and leadership point of view. From highlighting pain points to surfacing abuse across 21 locales, root causing problems in the complex Search stack layers and protecting the customer from compromised experience. We seek to improve customer perception of Search and trust through improved customer comprehension of our search results. We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer to help us enhance the customer journey by performing search troubleshooting whenever an escalation is raised either by leadership or by customers. Key job responsibilities * Our QA Engineers test code at both the service and user level, using a variety of black box, gray box, and white box testing techniques.
