The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing, a passion for systems and process improvement, involvement in quality management and experience rolling out software solutions. This role requires an individual contributor with technical expertise who can drive quality initiatives and support the integration of new features. Key Responsibilities: ● Responsible for configuring and testing blueprints (processes) leveraging AI to ensure industry-leading best practices are followed. ● Develop and maintain test plans for new/existing features to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality. ● Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing strategies. ● Create comprehensive test plans for supply chain and manufacturing solutions software to ensure the product meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations. ● Train and mentor the development and product team on best quality management practices to improve the quality of our app
