What They're Looking For.
Must Have
technical fluency — must be able to engage with engineers, read architecture proposals, and contribute meaningfully to scope and tradeoff discussions, Experience managing multi-team, cross-functional programs in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments, Proven ability to coordinate distributed teams across time zones, Scrum practitioner — must be able to run sprints end-to-end (sprint planning, backlog grooming, story pointing, standups, retros) and hold engineering teams accountable to velocity and delivery commitments

Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred
