Key Responsibilities Serve as the functional owner for compliance quality assurance across the legal & compliance department Act as the central point of accountability for QA standards, review methodologies, and assurance governance Conduct hands-on quality reviews of compliance work, including case reviews, decision assessments, and process quality checks Provide oversight, direction, and calibration support to existing QA resources to ensure consistency in review standards Establish QA frameworks, scoring methodologies, review criteria, escalation standards, and reporting mechanisms Design and progressively build a broader compliance assurance capability beyond current local QA activities Identify recurring quality gaps, control weaknesses, process failures, and execution risks through thematic reviews Partner clo
