What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality on an infrastructure project, Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written, Multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, Reliability and willing to work reasonable additional hours as needed/approved to complete assigned tasks
Nice to Have
experience in Ontario preferred, Experience with document management software such as SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, ProjectWise, Procore, Dalux, Asite would be an asset, Experience in auditing against ISO 9001: 2015 and other references would be an asset, Prior working experience with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) would be an asset
What You'll Do.
Coordinate NCR management
Coordinate ITP platforms
Assist in closure of ITP record submissions
Monitor compliance to ISO and contractual requirements
and resolution of non-conformances
Liaise with disciplines for timely resolutions
Facilitate root cause analysis
Support development of dispositions and corrective actions
Ensure NCR closure within required timelines
and maintenance of ITP platforms
Coordinate with Construction and Construction Quality Control teams
Package records for completed ITPs
Ensure timely submissions of ITPs
Perform 1st party audit on OTG internal departments
Assess compliance with requirements
Risks and opportunities
Perform 2nd party audit on OTG suppliers and subcontractors
Assess compliance with requirements
Coordinate with auditees to close findings
Contribute to Quality Manual yearly update
Assist team for internal
JV partners and Client reporting
Promote a culture of quality
and continuous improvement

Team & Collaboration
Liaise with the relevant disciplines to plan and implement timely resolutions; Coordinate with the Construction and Construction Quality Control teams; Coordinate with respective auditees (within OTG) to close findings identified during audits; Assist the team for internal, JV partners and Client reporting on Quality metrics; Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams

Full Job Description
Ferrovial Construction Canada Inc. and VINCI Construction Grands Projets are undertaking the design, build, and finance of the Ontario Line Southern Civil, Stations, and Tunnel (South Civil) package. As Ontario Transit Group, we are now mobilizing our design and construction crews, with major works. The South Civil contract is anticipated to be completed in 2030. The project will strengthen Ontario’s economy by supporting an estimated 1,500 jobs at the peak of construction. What is the project? * A six-kilometer tunnel and associated tunnelling works from Exhibition to Don Yard portal (west of the Don River). * Stations: * One above-ground station to be integrated with the existing GO Transit Exhibition Station. * Two underground stations to be integrated with the existing TTC Osgoode and Queen subway stations. * Four new underground stations (King/Bathurst, Queen/Spadina, Moss Park, Corktown). The benefits to Ontario Faster, more frequent, and reliable access to rapid transit with more than 227,500 people will live within a 10-minute walk of an Ontario Line station. * Improve the quality of life for commuters by reducing daily travel time. * Reduce crowding on the existing Line 1 (Yonge-University) subway. * Up to 57,000 more jobs accessible by transit (in 45 minutes or less) for Toronto residents. * Economic and community growth along the future transit line and thousands of job opportunities annually during construction. * Reduction in traffic congestion, greenhouse gases, and fuel consumption by providing an alternative transportation option. The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management, coordinating and maintaining the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) platforms, assisting in the closure of ITP record package submissions and monitoring compliance to ISO and contractual requirements across the project, for the Quality department for the Ontario Line South Project. The salary range for this position is $75
