What You'll Do.
Measure and mix ingredients into syrup tanks
Operate various equipment
Perform CIP of batching equipment
Record material lot numbers
Review finished batches using laboratory equipment
Inventory ingredients
Manage ingredient expiration dates and quantities
Assist QA Technician with product checks
Assist QA Technician with line inspections
Assist in carrying out Food Safety/HACCP programs
Verify critical points
Ensure food safety practices are followed
Ensure quality practices are followed
Ensure SQF practices are followed
Notify supervisor of food safety issues
Notify supervisor of quality issues
Complete other responsibilities as assigned

They work hard to ensure our refreshing, flavorful beverages are bottled safely and on time. You’ll get hands-on (literally!) with the creation of our products by making syrups for the use on our production line and ensuring that our products live up to our standards. Report to: Quality Assurance Manager Direct Reports: N/A Base Hourly Rate: $22/hour + shift differential for hours worked outside of 1st shift Discretionary Bonus Potential: Up to $900 bi-annually. Eligibility is based on Plant and Company profitability. Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA plant 5 days a week Core Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am (Start and end times are subject to change due to evolving business need) **Note:** Training hours will differ from Core Hours and will take place on _1st**** Shift,_ Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
