About the Team DoorDash’s Customer Experience Insights (CXI) Quality Assurance team safeguards the consistency and excellence of every support interaction. As a QA Auditor, you’ll combine a meticulous eye for detail with a data-driven mindset to champion quality across a global network of teammates and sites. Collaborate with the Quality Supervisor to refine QA processes, elevate training and content, and drive initiatives that boost teammate efficiency, productivity, and policy adherence, enhancing the overall DoorDash Support experience. At DoorDash, we believe in fostering a culture of meaningful connection, collaboration, and professional growth through in-office interactions. This position requires an in-office presence at the DoorDash corporate office in Tempe and the employee must live within a commutable 50 miles from the office.
