What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Must complete the Introduction to Inspection training curriculum within 60 days, Reliable vision (with corrective lenses if needed), Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and rotating through multiple work areas, Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
Nice to Have
Experience with Sit Down, Stand Up, Reach, and Order Selector equipment—or willingness to learn
What You'll Do.
Deliver results and provide an optimal customer experience
Identify non-conformities
keep the warehouse clean and organized
adhere to 5S principles
follow all safety procedures
Maintain flexibility to support shifting departmental needs
including helping in different areas of the warehouse when required to ensure timely task completion
Safely operate forklifts and other maintain a valid Forklift Operator’s change batteries and propane tanks as needed
Comfortably make decisions on allowable deviations
disposition of non-conforming material
help investigate cause for defects
Process all types of part returns
recognizing importance of completion for our dealers
Perform audits on a variety of processes throughout the warehouse
collaborate with management to explain errors and set expectations
Achieve productivity requirements while focusing heavily on accuracy and quality by demonstrating problem solving
Perform other related duties as assigned
