This position is a technical role within the software development organization focused on assuring the quality of our development products, features, bugs & enhancements. This role must have a solid understanding of the firm’s business, the product development lifecycle and experience implementing enterprise-class software. In this role, you should have an eye for detail and an ability to analyze the functionality of our products. If you are a passionate engineer with a never-ending desire for success, for finding issues before they arrive at the end customer and for being able to teach other team members. The individual must be driven to achieve results and be proactive. They will be expected to independently anticipate and handle most issues before they become problems and not let things get in the way of achieving the company’s goals. Ultimately, they will design and write high quality tests for our products. ## Duties and responsibilities Implement and develop manual and automated test for both web and windows applications. Design and develop test cases for front-end interfaces, underlying APIs, and backend systems across several programming languages with a focus on JavaScript, ReactJS and /or SQL to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation.
