Quality Assurance Analyst Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Analyst: Responsible for Outgoing Quality Control Management. • Develop and implement outgoing quality control plans for mass production and New Product Introduction (NPI), including preparation of detailed inspection reports and final quality approval documentation for Chemistry related Quality Inspection and Planning. • Establish, review, and continuously improve outgoing inspection standards and procedures; conduct regular training sessions to ensure inspectors and operators adhere to defined quality requirements. • Monitor quality performance dashboards (e.g., HAQDX, RES) and key KPIs, identify adverse trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outgoing quality performance. • Evaluate inspection equipment, gauges, and testing tools to ensure adequacy and accuracy; recommend calibration, upgrades, or new equipment introduction as needed. • Analyze field claims, CEO reports, in-house defects, an
