What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years as a quality assurance analyst, blend of manual and automation testing, understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices, Hands-on experience with test automation tools
Nice to Have
Familiarity with source control systems (e. g. , Git), CI/CD tools (e. g. , Azure DevOps), 2+ years’ experience within the insurance or financial services industry, Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, SQL query writing, Exposure to performance or load testing tools
What You'll Do.
Maintain full knowledge of Policy system
Elicit and develop clear requirements
Review product requirements and designs
Define scope of test effort
Increase usage of automated testing
Create and maintain test cases
Participate in all aspects of testing
Work with development teams
Provide resource planning
Evaluate performance of new releases
Analyze and monitor data
