What You'll Do.
Conduct walk-throughs of production
Assess plant quality status
Provide information to Quality Manager
Assist with document filing
Assist with document retention
Oversee Product Hold area
Document applicable information
Ensure product is sorted
Ensure product is reworked
Assist with plant resin program
Monitor plant quality processes
Notify Quality Manager of deviations
Assist with corrective actions
Conduct capability studies
Identify capability deficiencies
Evaluate sample parts attributes
Test sample parts performance
Confirm sample parts dimensions
Conduct Mold Concentricity inspections
Complete Certificates of Analysis
Identify quality deficiency trends
Find solutions to improve quality
Assist with incoming inspections
Assist with dock audits
Compile data on quality scrap
Report data on quality scrap
Assist with Deviation Requests processing
Assist with ISO program compliance
Assist with ISO program audits
Perform all functions of QA Technician
Verify Cpro documents
Update Cpro documents
Address grammatical errors
Fix grammatical errors
Verify quality HOLD log
Update quality HOLD log
Ensure product on HOLD is identified
Perform other duties as assigned
