Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field, 0–3 years of experience in Data operations / reporting / analytics, 0–3 years of experience in Quality assurance or process-driven roles, Excel and data analysis skills, High attention to detail, Good communication (written & verbal), Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with JIRA or workflow tools, Exposure to reporting systems or dashboards
What You'll Do.
Manage Data Change Requests
Create and handle republish/unpublish requests
Ensure correct classification of root causes
Perform before/after analysis
Validate and ensure accuracy of reported changes
Support Governance & Compliance
Ensure all processes follow defined global standards
Coordinate approvals with stakeholders
Client Communication Support
Assist in preparing client communication
Help ensure transparency on what changed
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of changes
Support tracking of KPIs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate approvals with stakeholders (Operations, MI Leads, Global teams); Work with Client Solutions, Operations, and Global teams to ensure smooth execution

Good communication (written & verbal)
