Full Job Description
## Company: Marsh Risk ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Operations** team at **Marsh**. This role will be based in **Auckland**. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The **QA / Process Analyst** will support the operations leadership team by identifying improvement opportunities within operational processes, implementing audit processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves generating reports and setting up training plans to support process changes and new ways of working. **_We will count on you to:_** * Develop a strong understanding of current operational processes across Marsh and MMB Operations. * Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with operations colleagues and Team Leaders. * Implement and manage regular quality audit processes, ensuring quality standards are met and corrective actions are taken. * Produce accurate process documentation such as process maps and SOPs. * Conduct root cause analysis on operational and quality failures and monitor improvement plans. * Collaborate with the NZ business technology team to automate routine manual tasks. * Create training materials and support the embedding of a continuous improvement culture. * Prepare timely and accurate reports to support operational and quality objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Adhere to company policies on quality, risk, compliance, and professional development. **_What you need to have:_** * University degree or equivalent work experience. * 3 years of experience in a similar role, with 2 years in insurance or financial services preferred. * High level of Microsoft Office tools skills primarily in Microsoft 365, excel and macros. * Utilisation of AI a definite advantage. * Strong analytical, documentation, numerical, and organizational skills. * Exposure to quality m
