Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent relevant work experience, 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems, Experience with ISO-9001 quality management systems, Experience with document control, CAPA, internal audits, and management review processes, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Proficiency with electronic QMS platforms, Computer literate, Experience working with ERP systems, Excellent problem-solving skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent analytical skills, Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check, Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more, Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time, Alignment with company core values
Nice to Have
ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent certification, Experience in electrical power distribution, switchgear, control systems, or industrial manufacturing, ISO-9001 lead/internal auditor certification, Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies, Experience supporting multi-site or global quality management systems

The Global QMS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the company's Quality Management System across global operations. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality policies while driving standardization and continuous improvement throughout the organization. **Requirements** **Job Duties:** * Administer and maintain the global Quality Management System (QMS). * Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and process documentation. * Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification and surveillance audits. * Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify effectiveness of implemented actions. * Monitor QMS performance metrics and prepare quality reports for monthly operations reviews and management r
