**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify improvement opportunities. * Lead NCMR disposition and trending * Lead customer required information gathering and reports (COA, TDS, PPAP) * Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (CARs) * Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams on projects and initiatives * Maintain quality documentation and records * Work with Cross functional Teams to focus on quality efforts, identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions. * Identify process improvement opportunities and drive actions. # Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science) or equivalent experience * 3-5 years in a quality or manufacturing role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Statistical software preferred) * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Proven experience in an ISO 9001 compliant QMS environment. * Internal or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 is highly preferred * Proficiency in quality control methodologies, such as ISO 9001 and statistical process control (SPC). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with quality management systems and tools. * Ability to interpret and analyze technical data. * Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
