Day Shift, Full Time, 40 hrs/week, 6:45a-7:15p Monday through Friday, Holiday Requirements: Follow company holiday calendar, Shift Differential Eligible: Yes, COVID-19 Vaccination strongly recommended, Tobacco and Drug Statement
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
RN required, RN license required
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree preferred, Behavioral health experience, strongly preferred, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher-must be obtained if hired within 1 yr of hire, CPHQ preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide customer service and coaching to departments
Facilitate quality and performance improvement efforts
Lead projects and project teams
Support continuous accreditation readiness
Conduct Tracers to ensure compliance
Monitor and prepare status reports
Support assigned committees
Support Peer Review efforts
Supports activities resulting from patient safety incidents
How You'll Work.

Partner with assigned areas to support continuous accreditation readiness; Support Peer Review efforts for nursing and LIPs; Co-operates within the group and across groups; Supports group decisions and puts group goals ahead of own goals
