What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-3 years’ experience in market research project management, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, Exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail, Well-developed analytical and problem solving ability, Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, Ability to manage multiple qualitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment, Very Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word, Quick learner of new technologies/software, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Preferably experience working with qualitative methodology, Experience in quantitative project management as well is preferred or may need to be developed
What You'll Do.
Manage qualitative projects through entire project life cycle
partners and healthcare professional sample
Complete project management of quantitative projects
scheduling and confirming of respondents for TDIs
online qual interviews
Ensuring all respondents are prepared according to client requirements
Act quickly to replace no-shows
follow up with late respondents
send last minute materials
Setup and testing of survey/screener
Monitoring of statistics
Managing respondent honoraria
Closing/auditing/invoicing of projects in technology based system
Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings
Ensure all involved parties understand project specifications
Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status
Proactively identify potential fielding concerns
Identify issues when in field
Address issues and/or make recommendations to improve performance on research studies
Manage and leverage relationships with vendors
Facilitate accurate and timely deliverables
Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs affecting the budget
Provide guidance and mentoring to members of the Market Research Project Management team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings for all assigned studies to ensure all involved parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities; Partner with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and/or make recommendations to improve performance on research studies; Provide guidance and mentoring to members of the Market Research Project Management team
