Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job 's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ _**Responsibilities:**_ Plans, coordinates, monitors, and improves efficiencies and services in the Department of Imaging. Combines the clinical acumen required to change practice with the leadership skills to influence clinical processes, systems, and outcomes. Examines effective models of imaging operations for opportunities for optimization and to decrease waste within the system. Identifies opportunities for improvements based on evidence-based practices, regulatory and accrediting agency requirements, and data analysis of high-risk, high volume, and/or problem-prone processes.
