What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–12 years of experience in QTC, Contract Management, sales operations, or process transformation within a global business environment, Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, process optimization, and digital transformation, Knowledge of ERP and Sales and Contract tools, SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels
Nice to Have
advanced degree preferred, Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or other process design certification (Greenlack Belt, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus, Experience in shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead the design and implementation of standardized processes across the QTC and Sales lifecycles
mainly Contracting and involving Quote -to-Invoice
billing and dispute resolution
Streamline interdepartmental handoffs to reduce manual touches and improve scalability
Collaborate with stakeholders to define unified and optimized process taxonomies
service delivery models
and performance metrics
Steer enterprise-wide transformation programs
shaping stakeholder-aligned future states for inventory
Facilitate workshops and Lean/Six Sigma sessions to identify gaps
determine & implement solutions
and embed continuous improvement
Lead change management efforts
including communication plans
and reinforcement of new processes and tools
Support ERP (SAP S/4HANA)
Sales and Contract tools and Microsoft Dynamics
Microsoft Dynamic Implementations by translating business requirements into optimized process solutions
Partner with Technology and Operations teams to enhance digital tools
and data-driven decision-making
Maintain and govern process documentation
ensuring adherence to global standards and policies
Implement controls to mitigate risks related to contracts
and customer obligations
Ensure audit readiness and compliance across Contract Management and sales operations
and report on KPIs to assess process effectiveness
Provide insights to leadership on trends
and opportunities for improvement
Mentor process analysts and coach teams in continuous improvement and project management methodologies
Build organizational capability to sustain operational excellence and transformation momentum
