What You'll Do.

Manage day-to-day operations

Full responsibility for business

Coach and correct team members

Maintain clean restaurant environment

Delegate job responsibilities

Follow up on delegated tasks

Maintain production management system

Ensure food preparation and service

Supervise and coach team members

Ensure team members are trained

Cascade relevant information

Maintain communication board

Implement new Brand campaigns

Conduct new product training

Ensure product quality

Ensure operational standards

Monitor and ensure accuracy

Communicate with Restaurant District Manager

Complete daily paperwork

Complete weekly paperwork

Complete period paperwork

Complete inventory counts

Complete truck orders

Complete administrative duties

Guarantee safe environment

Report facility issues

Complete incident reports

Take ownership for metrics

Conduct team member check ins

Provide positive feedback

Implement progressive discipline

Train Restaurant Assistant Manager

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coaches and corrects team members as necessary; Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions; Delegates job responsibilities and shift duties and follows up to ensure completion; Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations; Supervises and coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management; Ensures team members are properly trained on Brand and Company standards on an ongoing basis; Cascades all relevant information and maintains communication board; Conducts team member check in’s and provides positive feedback; Implements progressive discipline to address deficiencies in performance or failure to adhere to company policies or regulatory requirements; Responsible for training a Restaurant Assistant Manager to be capable of successfully operating the restaurant in the absence of the RGM; Team player who can work well with others or independently
