What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Full time availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required, Valid state Driver’s License required
What You'll Do.
Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations
Supervise team in absence of manager
Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members
Partner with management team to maintain standards
Provide excellent guest service
Conduct second interviews for team members
Maintain a clean restaurant environment
Assign shift duties to team members
Ensure food items are prepared and served according to regulations
Coach team members on food preparation guidelines
Cascade information to team members
Assist with new product training
Place campaign materials upon request
Ensure product quality and food safety standards
Monitor accuracy of cash
and inventory records
Complete end of shift paperwork
and end of period paperwork
Complete inventory counts and cash counts
Complete truck orders
Complete other administrative duties
Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests
Complete reports on all incidents
Partner with RM to ensure financial and operational metrics are met
