Supervises operations of a shift
Coordinates work of team members
Maintains Company and Brand operational standards
Ensures all guests leave satisfied
Provides excellent guest service
Maintains a clean restaurant environment
Follows up to ensure completion
Ensures food items prepared and served in accordance with regulations
Coaches team members to follow guidelines
Ensures product quality
and operational standards are met
Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash
and inventory control records
Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork
Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests
Follows all government laws and safety codes
Completes reports on all incidents
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinates the work of team members assigned to the shift; Coaches team members to do the same; Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion; Directs team; Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management; Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor; Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests; Lives our Company values: One Team
