As a QMS Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening processes, driving audit readiness, and enabling scalable growth across the organization. This role sits at the center of compliance and continuous improvement, helping teams work smarter, more consistently, and with confidence. Why This Role Matters: Quality Management System Administration Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with AS9100, company requirements, and applicable compliance standards. Support the development, revision, control, and maintenance of policies, procedures, work instructions, quality records, and controlled documents. Ensure document control processes remain effective, compliant, and consistently followed. Monitor QMS effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement. Support administration and continuous improvement of a multi-site QMS across headquarters, engineering, and manufacturing operations to ensure standardized processes and compliance alignment. Internal and External Auditing Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal QMS audits across multiple functions. Support and coordinate customer, registrar, regulatory, and other external audits. Docum
