The QM Analyst/PRN works in collaboration with Quality Management, IS&T, users and customers to provide development, implementation and maintenance of electronic systems Event Management software, tools. The incumbent functions as the subject matter expert for the assigned platform projects and is accountable for project development/implementation, software upgrades, data management, report design/creation, training design and delivery on an as needed basis.
