What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field., 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment., understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)., Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP)., Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills., communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization., Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Nice to Have
ASQ certifications (CQE, CSSBB) are a plus.
What You'll Do.
