Our ambitious team in Taichung City builds world-class memory and storage solutions, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment where your contributions will drive outstanding outcomes. ## Responsibilities and Tasks: * Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations. * Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs through innovative solutions. * Establish and modify process management projects to improve efficiency. * Control process parameters for various semiconductor equipment with proven expertise. * Assess, advocate for, and strategize new detection method to maintain a leading position in the industry. * Analyze and improve abnormalities to maintain a strictly high standard of performance. ## Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to compete and determine the best course of action in a dynamic environment. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills to successfully implement projects.
