As a QE DMS Engineer at Micron, you will manage deviations and excursions and support audit and compliance initiatives. You will use your analytical skills and collaborative outlook to improve Defense Line efficiency. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work within a world-class team and positively impact our quality processes. ## Responsibilities: * Perform timely, data-driven risk assessments to support deviation and excursion management. * Collaborate with Process, Equipment, PIE, and QE teams to complete and improve DL0-DL4 controls. * Prepare evidence for internal and external audits, ensuring consistency in execution and addressing audit findings. * Maintain and review scorecards and quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. * Complete standardized criteria and processes aligned with IATF and customer requirements, supporting calibration activities across teams. ## Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering or a related field. * Experience in deviation, excursion, or quality-related activities within a manufacturing environment. * Familiarity with Defense Line concepts and audit requirements (IATF and/or customer audits). * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. * Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive successful execution. ## Preferred Qualifications: * Possession of an advanc
