5 years’ manufacturing experience, 1 year of laboratory and testing activities, NDT Level 1 minimum, Fiber Optics 1 year experience, Manufacturing Quality experience, Proficient using MS Office, Proficient using quality related software, Proficient using measurement tools, Proficient using gages, Proficient using instruments, Proficient using metallurgical laboratory equipment

Perform metallographic evaluation
Conduct mechanical validation testing
Conduct metallurgical validation testing
Perform electrical cable testing
Perform optical fiber testing
Perform NDT calibration checks
Perform receiving inspection of material
Perform quality control over production process
Evaluate effectiveness of continuous improvement changes
Test and report critical product measurements
Test and audit raw materials
Perform calibration of equipment
Observe safety rules and procedures
Maintain clean work area
Facilitate efficient operation plan
Ensure implementation of HSE management system

Our employees are exposed to a wide range of experiences and are encouraged to express their ideas for continuous improvement. **Overview:** We are looking for the right team member to fill our QC Technician role who is willing and ready to lead efforts in elevating our quality processes. _This position is required to provide on shift process expertise to the operating group focused on process improvement at the machine center. In addition, this position will assist in monitoring critical process/ product measures and identify equipment and process improvements._ **Principal job Duties & Responsibilities:** Responsible for but not limited to: * Conducting mechanical testing * Metallographic sample preparation and evaluation * Mechanical and metallurgical validation testing * Electrical cable testing * Optical fiber testing * NDT Calibration checks * Receiving and inspection of Material * Quality Control over Production process * Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of continuous improvement changes implemented at machine centers. * Test and report critical product measurements to ensure internal and external customer quality requirements are being met. * Test and audit raw materials received from all vendors/Suppliers * Perform calibration of equipment as necessary * Observe all Safety rules and procedures. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area to assure a desirable and safe work environment. * Perform other related duties as per the direction of the Manager.
