What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized/reputed University, Certified as Lead auditor ISO 9001: 2015, Total experience of min. 20 years, Specific experience as a QA/QC Manager for min. 5 years in the Oil & Gas Projects, Managing QAQC function across Oil and Gas EPC projects with Pipeline, Piping, Process Equipment, Structures, Painting & Coating, Insulation, Experience in managing large-scale capital projects by performing regular reviews and critical inspections as and when required, ADNOC approval as Construction Quality Manager
What You'll Do.
Reports to the Project Manager and Division QC Manager
Manages and coordinates all quality activities on site
Assignment of quality personnel to particular activities / work areas on site
Reviews and monitors the application of Company IMS Policies and Procedures applicable to the Quality Department at Project level
Reviews Contract requirements to determine whether Company IMS documents can be implemented as-is or require project specific versions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Maintaining dedicated line of communication with the Quality Director on overall project quality related matters; Maintaining dedicated line of communication with the Corporate Material Manager if exists, on all matters concerning civil works materials; Working as team leader; Exercising coordination skills
