What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Level 1 CSA 178. 2 W59/W47 endorsements for inspections, 1-3 years of quality control experience in an organization that has an established quality program, Ability to read shop drawings, Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Some formal or practical exposure to quality control concepts, Courses with a focus on quality control and quality systems, Practical experience within a manufacturing environment
What You'll Do.
Daily inspection of in process units
Daily inspection of paperwork
Complete sub assembly inspections
Complete unit final inspections
Review inspection documents
Inspect drawings and markingreaking work
Inspect all aspect of units
Organize all inspection documentation papers
Inspect all welded carbon steel
Inspect all welded aluminum parts
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assist with education of other inspectors; Assist with education of production team members; Assist marking with Engineering changes; Communication is internal to the assigned work team; Communication with Quality Supervisor; Communication with Engineering teams; Communication with Production teams
