General Characteristics (Job Summary) * Perform quality activities in accordance with quality management system established. * Establish inspection and test plans and its record forms as per project requirements and international codes and standards. * Carry out inspections on discipline responsible to determine whether work performed conforms to quality requirements, and recording its result. * Ensure inspection status is controlled through efficient tools such as inspection matrix. Roles and Responsibilities * Managing and performing inspection of Piping discipline * Generate client Requests For Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for hold, witness and inspection points. * Prepare / Review the following Quality procedure documents submitted by the Subcontractors such are Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Material Approval Request (MAR). * Prepare / Review / Approve the related inspection reports where inspection results are recorded
