What You'll Do.
maintain quality standards by approving in-process production
and incoming materials and recording quality results.
Approves in-process production by confirming requirements and documented conducting visual and measurement communicating results to production personnel
Approves finished products by confirming requirements and documented conducting visual and measurement confirming non-compliant product is processed
to ensure compliance with requirements.
Approves incoming materials by confirming requirements and documented conducting visual and measurement rejecting non-conforming materials and facilitating the return of that product with the appropriate documentation for the External Provider.
Documents inspection results by completing appropriate documented information (e.g. inspection reports
etc); inputs data into manufacturing and quality locations
Ensures integrity and calibration of measurement equipment by following operating instructions and Quality Management System (QMS) notifying appropriate personnel when calibration concerns arise.
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
complying with all regulations.
