Identify discrepancies in drawings; support Engineering change markings; submit updates to the Quality Supervisor; report deficiencies
Commercial/industrial PPE required, physical ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 35 lbs, Overtime may be available occasionally
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
ability to read shop drawings, use measuring tools, tape measure, fractional math, knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in assembly, effective communication, time management, ability to work independently, knowledge of workplace safety, safe material handling, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital photo/document tools, Wall Sub Assembly, Roof Sub Assembly, Base Frame, Drain Pan, Bulkhead, Evap Sub, Motor Sub, Damper, Line, Final, Wrapping, Loading, Paint
What You'll Do.
Complete sub-assembly inspections
Perform full unit final inspections
Conduct daily inspections of in-process units
Review daily paperwork for units
Review inspection documents
Support training and knowledge-sharing
Identify discrepancies in drawings
Maintain clear inspection records
and report non-conformances
Ensure all inspection forms are accurately completed
Perform duties in accordance with safety standards
Support and participate in continuous improvement
Promote a safety culture
Perform duties in accordance with safety program
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
assist other inspectors; work with Quality Supervisor; work with Production Team Leads/Supervisors; work with Engineering; work with Quality team
