Must Have
Experience with QA/QC control documentation, Experience with in process unit inspections, Experience with sub assembly inspections, Experience with unit final inspections, Experience with inspection documents, Experience with drawings and marking/breaking work, Experience with Engineering changes, Experience with unit inspections from beginning to end, Experience with inspection documentation papers and online photos, Knowledge of Silent-Aire Limited Partnership safety program standards, Knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and Code
What You'll Do.
Create and Maintain QA/QC control documentation
Document Control – organize all inspection documentation papers and online photos provided by inspectors
Daily inspection of in process units: ensure sealing is completed
and all other in process inspections are of high quality
Ensure productions are inspected as determined by company requirements
checking of paperwork
Daily inspection of paperwork for all in process units and report any deficiencies to Quality Supervisor
Complete sub assembly inspections such as: motor
Complete unit final inspections
Review inspection documents and make unit packages
Report any observed safety issues to the Safety Coach or Safety Coordinator
Assist with education of other inspectors and production team members
Inspect drawings and marking/breaking work and ensure it is correct
Assist marking with Engineering changes where drawings are not correct and submit to Quality Supervisor
Inspect all aspect of units with the appropriate forms from the beginning to the end and record all discrepancies
Organize all inspection documentation papers and online photos
Performs all duties in accordance with Silent-Aire Limited Partnership safety program standards and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act
