Position Summary This is an role within Quality Control in which the Chemist is responsible for preparing analytical samples, operating assigned analytical instrumentation, and generating accurate laboratory data in support of manufactured reference materials. All work is performed in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements, with results reviewed by independent laboratory staff prior to use or release. The Chemist works primarily in an analytical laboratory environment and routinely handles concentrated acids, organic solvents, and controlled chemical materials. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to capably perform each of the following essential duties: Business Impact: * Prepare aqueous, organic, and metallo organic stock and custom samples in accordance with approved Quality System Procedures. * Perform assigned laboratory tasks accurately and on schedule to support production and validation timelines and ensure consistent laboratory execution. Type of Work: * Conducts routine laboratory procedures that support Quality Control operations, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and basic data review. * Performs analytical tasks in accordance with established procedures and training, ensuring accuracy and consistency of results. * Operates laboratory balance
