What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associate’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), 2–4 years of experience in a Quality Control or microbiology laboratory environment, understanding of microbiological techniques and laboratory practices, Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve moderately complex problems, Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present and document results clearly, Proficiency with laboratory systems and Microsoft Office tools
