Must Have
Completed training or comparable qualification in a scientific, chemical, or pharmaceutical field, Experience in quality control, quality management, or analytical laboratory environment, Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice cGMP and understanding of regulatory requirements, Practical experience in SOP management, documentation management, complaint management, and audit and inspection support, High communication and teamwork skills, Structured way of working, Strong awareness of data integrity and deadline adherence, Very good German and good English language skills, Confident use of digital systems and applications

Experience in analytical validation, Experience in stability testing, Experience with quality management systems
What You'll Do.
and tracking of samples
Performing analytical tests on pharmaceuticals
and packaging material samples according to GxP standards
Review of analytical results according to GxP standards
Creation and maintenance of analytical documentation in compliance with quality and compliance requirements
Performing and documenting stability tests including associated sample management
and efficient processing of all assigned orders
Avoiding delays through careful planning
correct prioritization
and high execution quality
Reporting technical complaints
or special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
Support with the distribution of marketing samples
Consistent adherence to GMP
and SOP requirements and ensuring constant audit and inspection readiness
Identification and implementation of optimization potential for efficiency improvement and cost reduction
Active participation in required training
