What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in QA/QC and material engineering for infrastructure or bridge maintenance projects, knowledge of QA/QC procedures, material testing standards, civil engineering specifications, Familiarity with bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, structural repair works, Good understanding of ISO standards, quality management systems, Proficient in MS Office, preparation of QA/QC documentation, communication and coordination skills, Valid UAE Driving License, Must own a vehicle for site visits and project coordination, Willingness to work across various project locations within the Al Ain Municipality area
Nice to Have
Experience working on Municipality, DOT, or infrastructure maintenance projects in the UAE

Implement Quality Management System

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Material / QA/QC Engineer to join our Bridge Maintenance Project team for Al Ain Municipality. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, workmanship, inspections, and quality control procedures comply with project specifications, municipal standards, and relevant international codes. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in civil infrastructure and bridge maintenance projects within the UAE and be capable of coordinating effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
