You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our Salesforce applications, supporting both US and India-based teams. As a Functional QA Engineer, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive functional and automated testing, leveraging your expertise in modern QA tools, frameworks, and scripting to deliver exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Functional Testing:** Conduct thorough functional testing to validate the accuracy, completeness, performance, and business requirements of Salesforce applications. * **Automation Testing:** Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web services, APIs, and UI layers to reduce regression effort and improve test efficiency. * **QA Tools Proficiency:** Demonstrate deep knowledge and hands-on experience with QA and automation tools such as **Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, BDD frameworks, Provar** , and other relevant testing tools. * **Scripting Expertise:** Write robust, reusable, and efficient automated test scripts using appropriate scripting/programming languages to support scalable test automation. * **Automation Framework Developme
