And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there. **Responsibilities** * Focus on understanding the complete application, its purpose and workflows * Develop test plan & cases in timely manner for each feature, ensure review of test plan & cases, test results with Business, Product and Technology teams * Develop / enhance the automation scripts in-sprint to ensure that automation scripts are upto date * Maintain close coordination with the team members to ensure quick movement of testing * Create and maintain performance scripts and ensure testing is periodically done * Communicate to the team and leadership promptly on any issues * Ensure proper tracking of all defects both prod and non-prod * Ensure prompt participation in agile ceremonies * Train the engineers to also update the test scripts **Qualifications Required Skills:** * Technology skillset required: Core Java, C#, Automation (Selenium, TestNG, Nunit), BDD, TDD, Python, Git, and OpenShift * Core Java, C#, Automation (Selenium, TestNG, Nunit) * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Strong time and project management skills. * Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM. * Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specifica
