**QA & Testing Lead Analyst** _Position Overview_ The QA & Testing Lead Analyst (Ab Initio) is responsible for implementing robust testing practices across the PBM organization’s data integration platforms. The candidate will ensure adherence to SAFE Agile practices and work closely with developers, data engineers, and other testers in small scrum teams to deliver high-quality ETL solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. Specific duties include validating source-to-target data mapping, creating and executing test plans and test cases, estimating test efforts, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking, and supporting regression testing for automation readiness. This role provides counsel and advice across multiple stakeholders on ETL testing matters, often requiring coordination between teams.
