What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3+ years of QA testing experience in software, hardware-software, gaming, robotics, VR/AR, or technical product environments, experience executing structured test cases and identifying regressions, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports, A detail-oriented mindset and high consistency when following rigorous testing workflows, Adaptability in fast-moving environments with frequent releases and evolving processes, Quick learning ability to pick up new technical workflows and systems smoothly
Nice to Have
Experience testing robotics, VR/AR, gaming, or hardware-integrated software systems, Familiarity with Meta Quest or other VR headsets, Experience with QA tracking tools, spreadsheets, or release management workflows (e. g. , Jira, Datadog, Linear), Prior experience in a startup or rapidly evolving product environment
What You'll Do.
Support the validation of software releases across Dyna’s robotics platform
Execute structured test plans
Validate core workflows
Clearly document issues for engineering teams
Execute structured QA testing for software releases across robot UI workflows
teleoperation systems
data collection tooling
and model inference flows
Work directly with Dyna’s robotic systems and VR teleoperation equipment during testing cycles
Document issues clearly and consistently
Help ensure release quality continuously improves over time
