Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected. **Job Responsibilities:** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and establish clean point. * Conduct various Quality Internal Audits. * Produce, track, and implement Quality alerts * Produce and implement Visual Aids. * Work with the suppliers on NC Material disposition. * Collect and manage non-conforming material. * Conduct H-Point, BSR, Effort tests, Seat Scanning and Craftsmanship / Appearance Audits. * Prepare Management Quality Reviews * Analyze quality data for the plant and the product. * Monitor and ensure all measuring and assembly equipment are calibrated. * Participate in all the PTR and product or process change implementation * Arrange for seat replacement as required and provides replacement components as needed. * Other Duties as assigned ## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** At Magn
