Must Have
Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA Team Lead or similar leadership position. understanding of software quality assurance processes throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent platforms. Solid understanding of client-server architecture, web technologies, and API testing. Experience using version control systems such as GitLab, GitHub, or similar tools. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent frameworks. Familiarity with SQL and database validation techniques. analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements. Experience mentoring, coaching, and managing QA professionals. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in Agile or Scrum development environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with performance testing, regulatory compliance testing, or highly regulated industries is considered an advantage. Familiarity with gaming platforms, gaming mechanics, or similar complex digital products is a plus.

Participate in release management activities, including deployment validation and post-release monitoring.
Create and maintain testing documentation, guidelines, and quality standards.
Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, onboard new team members, and support career development through coaching and performance reviews.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality objectives align with business goals.
