In this role you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes across the design and pre-contract phases of a major railway project. This role ensures that all design deliverables meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and project quality objectives. The QA/QC Manager will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all design outputs, while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement. **What You 'll Be Doing: ** * Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in line with ISO standards and project requirements * Establish and monitor quality processes for design development, ensuring proper review, verification, and approval of deliverables * Lead quality audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with project standards and procedures * Monitor and manage non-conformances, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed out * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate quality requirements across all design activities * Support the preparation and review of tender documentation to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined * Ensure proper document control and traceability of all design submissions and revisions * Establish quality performance indicators and monitor overall design quality * Liaise with the Client and stakeholders on quality-related matters * Promote
