What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, 12–18 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery, Minimum 3–5 years in a QA/QC or design review role, knowledge of Saudi and UAE building codes, authority regulations, and international standards, Experience with large-scale and complex projects, Proven experience in implementing QA/QC systems and procedures
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree in Architecture, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor, PMP or equivalent project management certification, Membership in a recognized professional body (RIBA, AIA, etc.)
