Job Title: QA/QC Field Manager Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-site, 5 days per week) Salary Range: $135,000 – $155,000 annually Position Overview The BOD QA/QC Field Manager serves as the Owner’s representative for quality assurance and quality control oversight on-site. This role supports the Program Management Consultant by monitoring the Design-Builder’s QA/QC processes and implementing an Owner-led spot-check program to verify compliance with the Basis of Design (BOD), contract requirements, and approved submittals. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, independent judgment, and collaboration. The position is strictly advisory and observational and does not involve directing construction means and methods or supervising contractors. Responsibilities Be assigned full-time on-site (Monday–Friday), demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in alignment with client expectations Support the Owner/Program Management Consultant by reviewing the Design-Builder’s QA/QC processes and implementing an Owner spot-check program Verify compliance with Basis of Design (BOD), contract documents, and approved submittals Review Design-Builder QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans, and procedures for compliance with contract requirements and BOD standards Evaluate QC reports (logs, NCRs, inspections, and test results) to identify trends and recurring quality issues Implement and execute both planned
