What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, Minimum 8 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction or related industries, Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and analyzing technical drawings and specifications, expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and maintenance, Demonstrated experience with non-conformance reporting and implementing corrective and preventive actions, Knowledge of construction materials testing methods and standards, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, organizational and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software, Good Experience in using Aconex, Analytical mindset with ability to make sound and timely quality-related decisions, Collaborative approach to working with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations
Nice to Have
ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management Systems) certification, ISO 19011: 2018 (Audit Management) certification, Licensed Civil Engineer credential, Project management experience or certification (PMP or equivalent), Experience with data analysis tools and quality dashboards, Stakeholder management and client coordination experience, Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
